Hi. i am newbie here.
i currently taking my new job as qs exe. my boss asked me to design a template to summary the csr.. can anyone provide me the template or give me some idea on how to start?

Just to make sure I understand what you mean by csr; are you referring to Customer Specific Requirements? (ISO/TS 16949:2002)

Hello,

tarheels4 provided an excellent tool. In addition, here is a tool (CSR Matrix) that I developed. It aligns the CSR's with ISO 16949:2002. I had to "XXXX" out some of the Customer's names. But you'll get the idea. For example, when you prepare for an audit, and need to include the CSR's, you have them all on one row.
