Hi Everyone
Im Alvin and my company are in the midst of implementing ISO/TS 16949. I'm wondering if I can get help on the total mandatory records required for ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System.
Thank You very much

I think this discussion thread is pretty comprehensive: Records required by TS16949 - I have identified 26, are there more? (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=18379) - I'll make it a 'FAQ' thread.

And here is a List of Records Required by TS 16949 (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=11449).

Read everything at the following website especially document N525 in the "Introduction and Support Package" section.

http://isotc.iso.org/livelink/livelink/fetch/2000/2122/138402/755901/1069636/customview.html?func=ll&objId=1069636&objAction=browse&sort=name

The above will give you a basis but it all applies to ISO 9001 and will not tell you exactly how many or which records are required for TS 16949.

Regards,

Dirk

We are in mid audit...is the common interpretation of clause 4.2.4 that you have to list WHO and WHERE as well as how long you keep records before disposition/destruction.?
