I am new to the Cove and have made a recent move to a new company. I am putting together some basic training material for personnel in my company. Rather than re-create the wheel, does anyone have training material they are willing to share on Cpk, FMEA, 8D...?

Being that you're new to the cove you should do a few searches for items you're interested in, there are numerous threads pertaining to the items you've listed, additionally the attachment list (green bar at the top banner) will likely have some documents of interest to you.

Another resource would be ASQ, if you're not a member I would suggest looking into it, there are local meetings where you can network with other quality professionals who are often an excellent resource for information and advice, as well as a number of good resources on their site.
