We still are using the 862 Datamyte and management has no money or desire to upgrade and improve. I have many units that need small fixes and was wondering if any of our colleagues can recommend a place that still works on the old dinosaurs?

They are an Allen Bradley SPC unit, which was discontinued in 1999. They no longer service or sell parts for them. ASI Datamyte is who has the current models. They are very durable for the shop floor and relatively easy for operators to input statistical data into. (ex- digital snap gage, put part in, click foot pedal and data is recorded unto computer monitor histogram and recorded/saved within the unit itself for print offs)
