In my opinion, Dr. Deming's Red Bead Experiment is the best game you can find. I have a script here someplace on the Cove, and can do the Beads and get the major lessons across in less than 60 minutes. I have developed an Excel spreadsheet where the recorder can enter the data, and at the end it makes a c-chart control chart for the lessons debrief.
