Hi everyone,
The problem that I have is if the process is all was changing because of tempature in the shop or humidity in the shop and times change for immersion, do I need a different training sheet for the opperator every time it changes.

Thank you for your help.

No, if it’s the training documentation you are talking about, then the instances of environmental variation should have been covered, your trained operators should be aware and understand the actions to take, allowing the process to continue.

If they unable to proceed, then you should review the training program your company operates.

I'm not sure what you mean by "training sheet." Your training, and your work instructions, should address all of the variables you're aware of that operators will have to deal with. If there is a large number of interacting variables, it's usually best to control them rather than expecting operators to know what to do in each case, but if that's not possible, then documentation is important. It should be accessible (both in terms of proximity to points of use and readability), and as concise as possible.

Shouldn't your organization be investing in environmental controls to limit the effect of environmental changes? Or engineering perform a process review of the variables to determine the allowable optimum variance within your process to allow for maximum flexibility between operators while still maintaining product/process integrity?

They key is consistent process regardless of operator variance. Incorporate quality into your processes and systems (environment, equipment etc...) and train personnel to those new processes.
