I am so burned out at this point.....Can anyone help?

A process average is equal to one of the specification limits when

Cpk = Cp
Cpk = 0
Cp > 1
Cpk = 1

Hello kball,

Very simplistic explanation:
Cpk is negative: Mean is outside the spec limits
Cpk is Zero: Mean is equal to one of the spec limits
Cpk is 0 - .9999: Part of the 6 sigma limits outside spec limits
Cpk is 1: One end of the 6 sigma limits falls on a spec limit
Cpk is more than 1: 6 sigma limits fall within spec limits

Hope this will reduce your burnout.

Stijloor.
