Not sure what context you're referring to, but since you posted in the automotive forum... In the APQP process, "multidisciplinary approach" refers to involving all of the relevant parties in the planning process. This would normally include quality, engineering (both design and manufacturing) production, purchasing, suppliers and the customer. |
