We were recently audited at one of our faclities and the auditor generated an observation about my audit schedule. I was asked by management to simplify the schedule, but if I do I feel that we lose some good information.
I may need help by benchmarking other schedules. Can someone please help?

I have sent you an email of the audit schedule that we use. It is easy to keep up and keeps the auditors happy.
