Hi

I am from Toronto too and I worked for Automotive industry, which
is so stressful and specially when you have to deal with Senior managment
for quality system. I am thinking to join Aerospace industry, any suggestions?

Aerospace is a pretty good sector to work in. The problem is getting a job in it without experience. I worked in aerospace years ago but switched to automotive. Too much time has passed now for me to easily get back into aerospace.

Plus Marc, they have phased out the wooden props on the big planes when you were in. They now have jet engines!:lmao:

Vikram, if you have a resume, why don't you put it up and let us take a look at it. If you don't have a current one, that would be your first move.

I would start with the basics. There is an entire forum here on switching jobs, preparing resumes, etc. They are quite valuable; that may be a good start for you. If you need some help finding those links or information, feel free to ask and we can guide you to them.

Surely you don't really think that will happen in aerospace?

Here's the reality of work in the business world and your predicament...

Working is like being on a dog sled team...Unless you're the lead dog, the scenery never changes.:nope:

You'll always have senior management and you'll never have peace.
