Hi All

I'm not sure if this in the correct forum, but we're in the beverage manufacturing industry and we're developing a Commercialization procedure, which will start at product conceptualization and end at commercial production for the trade. Does any have an example procedures and/or forms that handles this type of procedure.

thanks

Hi AngLow - welcome to the Cove.
There's a lot of D&D experience here to you to tap.
I suggest you start by checking the post attachment list link at the top of the page in the green box.
You can also use the search function.

After that please feel free to post specific questions

I might suggest that you consider a stage-gate approach for new product introductions. The best book out there is Winning at New Products by Robert Cooper.

You develop the stages needed for the commercializtion process, and each gate is the point at which the team would determine that all work has been done correctly in order to move to the next stage. I have an example of a stage gate process check list, but it is for another industry. Private mail me with an e-mail address, and I can send you the eample.
