Hello. I am doing research and need your opinions on these questions:

1)Which one of these gurus do you think provides a complete model of quality management? (Including the reason why/why not)

*Deming
*Shewart
*Juran
*Feigenbaum
*Crosby
*Ishikawa
*Imai

In particular i am after peoples personal opinions.
Thanks in advance!

Anna, Welcome to the Cove. Weekends are usually quiet around here and pending the return of the crowd on next Monday, why not take a look at Philosophy, Gurus, Controversy and Evolution. (http://elsmar.com/Forums/forumdisplay.php?f=55)
There had been many discussions before and you may be able to piece, string or amalgamate them for your use.

2) How significant are the differences between the models presented by the
various gurus?

Hello Anna,

Harry already gave you the link to the Guru's Forum.

I have moved this thread to its present Forum (Student Research Questions - Any Educational Institution (http://elsmar.com/Forums/forumdisplay.php?f=106)) and added the phrase "- for schoolwork" to makes its intent more clear.

In general, I would think you would want to limit the options of which "gurus" to focus the study, rather than leave it so open ended.

If you intend it to be an open ended question to compile a list of "gurus," then you might want to rephrase the question to reflect that intent.

:topic:
In general, we expect folks posing scholarly questions to write in a more formal vein, not as if they were "txt msgg to thr bff"
