I want to ask about the process mapping Keeping Location
Shall each process map kept & attached to its concerned procedure or it should be kept

Whatever suits you best. I sometimes attach it to the procedure so people have a choice which one they use. Other times I throw the procedure away and just use the process map. As long as the information is easily available it is your choice - try asking the users which they prefer.

Colin is absolutely correct. How and where you locate documents is your choice. Whatever method works best for your employees. The standard requires "control of documents." How you do that is your decision. Keep the needs of your internal customers in mind.

Yes, the decision is yours but if you do not keep them together your people may choose which one they use, whereas you may prefer them to use both. They should be complementary or else maybe one of them is redundant.

What everyone says above is correct. You choose what you need to use.

But then, if using either is OK or sufficient why not just scrap the other? Do you need it at all?
