Do you mean a Quality Systems Manual for an ISO 17025 company?

Thanks,

What I mean is that I am working in a laboratory which is seeking iso 17025 accreditation and Iso 9001 certification at the same time. I realise that it is possible to integrate both in one manual. I have already written a manual for Iso 9001:2000 but I was looking for a template that integrates both systems into one(1) manual to assist me in the endeavour. Is there one available that I can easily develop?

Best Regards
John:rolleyes:

Thanks alot Sridharaf (hope right spelling)

I will contact you in due course for the manual. I guess your company is both Iso 9001: 2000 certified and accredited to iso 17025. At least I now see a lot of progress.

Hello everybody :)
I found this interesting discussion forum and I have got a lot of good ideas from here.
I have to write a quality manual based on iso 17025 and also iso 9001. So if it is possible, could anybody send me an example:confused:?

Maybe I should explain a little. There are mainly scientific research laboratories in our company but we also produce peptides. Until now there is no proper QS, just some SOP-s and tables.

I would really appreciate if somebody could give me some hints and advice!

Welcome Kvaliteet. I guess your user name translates to 'quality' in English.

I have to admit our resources on this particular subject is a bit thin here. You may want to have a look at this FDA site. ORA Laboratory Manual 2004 (http://www.fda.gov/ora/science_ref/lm/default.htm)

You can try this link: ts.nist.gov/WeightsAndMeasures/qualtemp.cfm
I see they have a free template. It is a little outdated, it references Guide 25, but it's a start.

Just wondering.....Isn't your pdf file a copy right material?

I do not know, but I purchased my copy from an online compliance service and there was no mention of it being copy righted material.

If you purchased it from an online service more then likely it is copy writed. It should say in the bottom right or center. Example: Sold to: "Your Company Name" Not for Resale.

Thanks for the return message.

I could give you my home email if that is any help.

It would be great to get a copy of ISO 17025 as I want to study it.

Thanks heaps It is a copyrighted document. Please do not ask for a 'copy' here.
