I'm loocking for good problem solving examples or std forms using A3 Toyota like method.
The use of it in my company is related to quick analisys on every day quality issue comeing from internal processes.
For external processes we use 8D reports.
I'm currectly working in the contruction-agricultural equipment market which is moving fast towards automotive like requirements.

Any suggestion regarding management and quick resulution of every day in-process qaulity problems is welcome
