I feel almost ashamed that mine is 100% true.

I was in the job market a few months back and a recruiter said he wanted to "meet me in person" to find out if my resume was for real. He said he has found that there are lots of exagerations and lies on resumes.
No lies on my resume.

I wouldn't have the nerve to falsify a resume.

Personally, I feel that I've always tended to understate my qualifications/accomplishments at least a little. I'm just not comfortable in really highlighting them almost to the point of bragging.
On the other hand, I recently ran across a former manager's current resume online - the accomplishments listed for the time in which I knew/worked for him are a great work of fantasy. They bear little to no resemblance to what he actually did in the position. I don't know about his earlier accomplishments, but considering knowledge of one time period I'm skeptical of those time periods as well.
