This is a copy of a Material Handling Plan for a shaft we are going to manufacture. This MHP is part of the Parts Handling Plan as described in v5.5of the PSO document. I am still working on the Containment on Non-Conforming Material and Routing Cards.

Included in this MHP is the Packaging Instructions of WIP containers and Maintenance Plan for WIP containers.

I am looking for constructive criticism of the MHP. Please try not to focus on the process or flow.

Just some proofreading items:

Page 4, step 5, "will be place" should be "will be placed".

Page 7, step 10, there is (6) by itself - If parenthesis are used I've usually seen this written as "six (6)". Also page 10, step 15; Page 12, step 21; Page 15, Step 30.

Page 8, step 11, numbers without parenthesis - not consistent with previous page's use of numbers.

Page 8, step 11, there is "MACH #5027" - previous step have referred to "MACHINE" spelled out. Also on Page 9, step 13, step 14; Page 10, step 16; Page 12, step 20 (MACh here); Page 12, step 22.
