Apart from terms of probability & livelihood, I am keen to get some insights from the members in this forum on how 'mental condition' (relating to ill health) can be taken into consideration while doing he risk assessment exercise for work activities.

The second point pertains to how demonstration of how management of controls is effectively carried out.

Are we talking about the mental health of the workers or the mental health of people that design the manufacturing processes?
