Dear all,
We are a product design house and we sell product design (mainly electronic consumer products) to our customer. We will make a prototype to visualize and demonstrate the function of our design. We will purchase components on the street for our prototype but most of the time, we do not have the clear performance requirement when we do the shopping. We will buy several model from a range of specification and select the most suitable one from all the choice.
My question is that can we exclude the Clause 7.4 as we don't have the need to (or cannot) control to the supplier or purchase product when we do the purchase. As a matter of fact, we have no objective to achieve during the purchasing process.
Any comment is welcome.
Best Regards,
Alan AU
