I just had the DNV auditor here yesterday. We had 3 major NCs from our last audit. I had one completely closed out and the other 2 were downgraded to minor. The auditor said I was on the right track and he felt confident these would be closed when he comes back in March.

I know I don't have that many posts on here but I have practically lived here recently. Yes, the search function has been my friend. I have no ISO training and you guys have helped me tremendously. The content on this site is invaluable and the people here are wonderful.

Ty for all the PMs with info and answering my questions.

And a special TY to Randy who helped me with a little common sense advice to make sure that I read the WHOLE standard. You would think someone wouldn't have to be told that...

As I recall your various posts, it seems to me you were a big part of the success of the process, by staying focused and asking questions
AND THEN
"paying attention to the answers!"

I, for one, am looking forward to the time when you become a big contributor to the knowledge pool that makes up the Cove.

Good job!:applause::agree1:

Congratulations on the fine result. I still remember not knowing anything about standards, quality or any resembling that. It is a steep learning curve at first, but once you get in to participating regularly here at the cove it gets much steeper. We all look forward to your input, so don't feel shy.

J- it sounds like you have something that not everyone has, the ability to learn from experience. You will go far!

Excellant:applause: I'm so glad to hear that you did well (and as I expected).

Just maintain the momentum and eveything will be fine.

Thank you for the kind comments, you have no idea how much I really appreciate it right now.
