Hi guys new to this forum and Quality in general,background in Engineering.I am looking to find journal articles on monitor and measurement as per iso9001:2000 8.2,I've done several searches on e journals and have only come up with 1 journal article..Anyone any idea's on where to search...Thank

I don't think I would be biased to tell you that the best resource for your query is 'HERE' - perhaps what you need is to know how to search for the information you want. 8.2 comprised of 4 sub-clauses of which customer satisfaction and internal audit are heavy weights and we have very good discussions on both (don't expect story like materials but technical & intellectual output).

Go to the advanced forum search function (http://elsmar.com/Forums/search.php) in the drop-down search menu. Under key words, key in the topic you want to search (example customer satisfaction). Below the key words box, click 'search entire posts' and under the 'search in forum(s) box, click on 'ISO 9001:2000 - Quality Management Systems'. Click on 'search now' to complete the search. Repeat for any other items you want to check.

I'd reference ISO 9001:2000 Explained 2nd edition by Cianfrani, Tsiakals, and West. It gives a great overview of all of ISO.
