Is there anybody to help me how can I show to people our quality. Ususally we perform quality indicators in our special file but it's not visible by production people. I'm looking for good example for monthly training and presentation on production area.

Have a look at some interesting discussions in this thread. The subject is quite similar also: Keeping the Passion of ISO9001:2000 System - How to promote your QMS . (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=21338)

In part it depends on why you're communicating the information to them. If it's because they need to act on it then the information should be posted/communicated to them in their work areas on a frequency that allows them to act in a timely manner. If it's just to let them see overall how well the organization is functioning then newsletter, bulletin boards and/or computer displays, weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings, etc. may suffice.

http://www.thegio.net/kazakhstan/QualityGraph.jpg
PS I don't speak Kazakh. So, I have no idea of what information is posted here. But the charts should be in color (for visual appeal), few in number, and if possible show trends (of improvement hopefully). Don't assume everyone knows how to interpret basic things such as a PARETO chart. Do explain to the people what they mean and the importance of tracking the data and how what they do affect those indicators.
Good luck.

Present indicators that reflect how quality efforts impacted performance in terms that the production people appreciate: shorter cycle time, lower costs from time needed to correct errors, fewer customer returns.

Hello Aleksandra,
People all over the world can relate to jobs and job security. You may want to provide examples of how quality and customer service has contributed to your organization's growth and the jobs it provides. You may have some examples of how success has contributed to employee benefits. I do not know what the legal obligations are of an employer in Poland, but benefits have to paid for somehow....
Just some thoughts.
