For no professional consumer, the organization shall not translate the consumer’ s requirements into the product requirements directly. So the organization or customer service department must identify and determine customer’s needs, then translate it in to product requirements,the final,meet customer's requirements.
I have this experience: one day, I went to computer town, I said I want to buy a computer to the first sale. She repeated: “ how much do you intend to spend for a computer.” Then I asked three the sales with the same question. But the fifth sale’s answer was different from the above. She asked me: “ what will you do by a computer? “ “I only need handle documentation.” I said. She told me that I only need to take 1000 RMB to buy a general computer. When I heard this I was very happy, because I intended to take 3000 RMB to buy it. The later, this beautiful sale asked me: “ what else do you want do with the computer in the future.” I repeated: “ I want to study PHOTOSHOP and to see video”. The final, I was glad to spend 1500RMB to buy a good computer. Today, I think this is a good and practical computer yet, and I show satisfactory smile when I see it.

Who will be successful when the other sales has the same ability to ask the question as the fifth sale?
