Type in Kaizen in the search field for books. Masaaki Imai has two books regarding the concept of kaizen but this geared more toward the concept of the "blitz" or week long process. This is loosely based on the jishuken or autonomous study group workshops held by Toyota. Wayne Mustang 11th December 2007, 11:53 AM I also recommend taking a look at the Kaizen Institute. It was founded and is chaired by Masaaki Imai. Website is www.kaizen-institute.com (http://www.kaizen-institute.com) (don't forget the dash). I have taken a few courses from them, and they offered a lot of information in easy to understand and use terms/illustrations. |
