Here (http://www.tovatech.com/iq_oq_pq_home.html) is a company that sells a software "kit" to do it yourself.
Here (http://www.yvqm.com/free_sample/VAL-025%20sample.pdf) is a "free sample" of an SOP.
Attached are 3 articles about validating ( IQ, OQ and PQ) autoclaves.
This may not exactly what you are looking for but perhaps a start.

At the most basic level, you'll want (approved) protocols and some kind of a test report. How you achieve this is up to you. Typically, I think, most companies have a master validation plan that provides the guidance.
