Hi to All,
I have been requested to complete a Champion chart or an Owner Chart with ISO clausules and the Owner of that process or section on the organization, this is in order they make sure they know what specific section of the standar they will be audited based on their title/responsibility. There are some section that I think will apply to all managers but I tried to name the titles that are more affected or more related with the clausule. Do you have something similar? Could you share? Please critique My chart.
Also I added ISO 9000 Matrix and specify the procedure related with the clausule.
Thanks for your input.

Hello Anerol,
You did an excellent job! :applause:
A great management training and awareness tool.
This chart and associated matrix certainly helps each Manager understand the applicable ISO 9001 requirements and then link it to the process(es) for which they are responsible. Make sure that each Manager/Process Owner is able to explain their process(es), objectives, associated measurements and possible improvements realized.
My Spanish is nonexistent, so I could not put the two together, but I assume that this is well taken care of.
Keep up the good work.
Stijloor.

I like what you've done. One issue that you might encounter is that 'All managers" will become 'No managers', since they will all avoid the ownership when things go wrong. It takes only one manager - the natural owner, of the process.

Lorena, since your task was to complete the matrix, I think you did a very good job. I just think that the way the first tab of the matrix is structured, sends the wrong message. The organization should not be deemed subordinate to paragraphs of the standard. You would be better off with a process chart rather than a ISO clause chart.
T__ex needs to think processes, not clauses.
Also, customer focus should not be championed by the quality manager. The standard is very clear that it is top management's responsibility to instill customer focus throughout the organization.

I think you did a great job and the comments expressed thus far are very valid. The only issue I see is that you have copied the International Standard into your matrix. While this is a good idea on the surface, unless you paid a royalty to the national body that publishes the IS in your country, you have violated ISO's copyright. I realize that many, many people have done this; however, the publishing agencies are taking legal action where they find these violations. Please be careful where you show this document!

You can buy an electronic copy and "use" that, or write the standard in your own words, or have the process owners write what that portion of the standard means to your business. You'll do a great job!:)
