Hi, could someone tell me more about the legal requirements, which are mentioned in ISO9001:2000 or is there any web page where I can find information concerning legal requirements?

It was gone in the DIS. Is it back in the FDIS?

All I see is that a company must know and comply with any and all legal requirements applicable to their company. Something I really believe every 'honest' company already does. If they don't, they'll cheat through the ISO registration audit as well. So to me this is a non-issue.

Was told in a 9000:2000 update seminar -- that section was to be removed in the final draft - due to basically what Mark has said.

As I remember, the TS had a specific section on legal which was removed in the DIS.

My copy of the DIS (1999) shows it at 7.2.1 c) and again in 5.2 Customer Focus note
