I'd suggest you find a good ISO implementation class and attend. You can't get all you need here, as good/experienced as us Covers are, your implementation and system design will potentially end up looking like a camel (as someone posted earlier, a camel is a horse designed by a committee.......)
IMHO you need to find some local qualified assistance to get the most effective assistance! We can answer what you need, but..........
