Hello Akshay,
The results of a search in the Post Attachments List on "Sampling Plan (http://elsmar.com/Forums/fileslist.php?mode=allfiles&sortby=filename&pageamt=2&criteria=sampling+plan)."
That may be a good start.

Hi, and welcome to the Cove!
It might be helpful if you would give us some details. How many items are there in a lot, and how many of those do you sample for testing? What is the acceptance/rejection criteria? Are you using numerical measurements, or attributes (red or green, appearance, etc.)? Does the sampling criteria change according to how many rejections there were in previous lots?

Do you manufacture for automotive, make medical devices, food products, aerospace or other(s)? Do your customers require a certain sampling method be used, such as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4?

We assemble systems used in pharma industry. The Lot size will generally not exceed 500. Our customers have not specified a certain sampling method, but we would like to follow the IS system while doing the sampling plan.

Hi,
On our end, we include the sampling plan in our control plan and make use the ANSI/ASQC Z1.4. It is a level 2 documents.

By "systems", do you refer to the Utility Systems or the Computer systems ? If it refers to the Utility systems like water, compressed air or air handling units, the sampling plan as per ANSI Z1.4 should be good enough.
If you want the ISO standard, refer to ISO 2859 (http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_tc/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=1141)

Hi Sekaran,
In our end, we buy first the SPC Reference Material in AIAG. Then, we generate a procedure according to General SPC flowchart. From that end, we establish our own requirement.
Try also search the forums, there are lots of information that would help you create a procedure for SPC.
Hope this helps.
