View Full Version : ISO 9000:2000 Electronic Version - Word or Pdf Format? SLESTER 9th January 2008, 12:54 PM Does anyone have the standard as a Word or PDF file? Thanks Jim Wynne 9th January 2008, 01:00 PM Does anyone have the standard as a Word or PDF file? Thanks Welcome to the Cove, Slester. :D The ISO standards are copyrighted, and we don't post or share copyrighted materials here. Al Rosen 9th January 2008, 01:27 PM Does anyone have the standard as a Word or PDF file? ThanksYes, I have it. Randy 9th January 2008, 04:59 PM Does anyone have the standard as a Word or PDF file? Thanks :bigwave: I concur with my friend Al and will add that it's not too cool in a 1st post to ask folks to violate the law. We can show you how to get a copy and I can arrange to have a copy sold to you, but given, no way. Wes Bucey 9th January 2008, 05:06 PM Does anyone have the standard as a Word or PDF file? Thanks Aside from the smart alec replies, Welcome to the Cove!:bigwave: There are numerous sources to purchase the most recent official version of the copyrighted Standards. The curse is that the electronic files are pdf (I am not aware of ANY sources which provide a Standard as Word file, but even I don't know every legitimate source) and usually the pdf files are locked so they cannot be "excerpted" but only copied in their entirety. Why don't you explain more fully what your NEED is so the more experienced folks here can help you meet that need with the least muss and fuss? michellemmm 9th January 2008, 05:47 PM :bigwave: I concur with my friend Al and will add that it's not too cool in a 1st post to ask folks to violate the law. Randy, As an auditor, you should have use your eagle eye.... Please read his post. He says " does anyone have" and not "give me or send". This is an international forum and we should pause and ask for clarification...may be there is a literal translation.. Have you ever used a google language tool or AV bablefish? Try translating a sentence from English to another language and translate back the result to English three or four times... You will see the result...It is hilarious. Randy 9th January 2008, 06:18 PM Randy, As an auditor, you should have use your eagle eye.... Please read his post. Unless this is an individual taking inventory the next question most likely would have been "Can you...?". Deductive reasoning we call it here in Arkansas. I at least offered to help the indiviual get a copy the correct way. harry 10th January 2008, 01:32 AM Does anyone have the standard as a Word or PDF file? Thanks Welcome, I noticed from your profile that you are searching for information on ISO. What is it or what kind of information do you want? Let us know and we may be able to assist you (except giving out a copy of the document due to copyright issues). Stijloor 10th January 2008, 03:16 AM Does anyone have the standard as a Word or PDF file? Thanks Hello Slester, The Standard you're referring to has been upgraded to ISO 9000:2005 and is available here (http://www.iso.org/iso/search.htm?qt=iso+9000%3A2005&searchSubmit=Search&sort=rel&type=simple&published=true).
