We are a Design center that also does technical publications revision work and some new technical publications also.
All our publications are based on customer supplied drawings and secifications.

Would section 7.3 apply to technical publications or would it be any other section.

Would section 7.3 apply to technical publications or would it be any other section.It might if you take the customer's inputs and then design the publication. Can you describe the process with a little more detail?

we write new publications using drawings and data provided by the customer. we also revise existing publications using change driver input (eng drawing/ manual amendment requests etc.) provided by the customer.

We follow ATA standards when we write various manuals.
