RTY is *sometimes* used to refer to Rolled Throughput Yeild.

Where are you reading these? The source typically helps us determine what a series of letters (an acronym) stands for as it is usually context sensitive.

If used in the context of lean, TDU could be 'Total Defects per Unit'.
