We have pin holing issues and can not resolve the issue does anyone have any suggestions of where to start to fix the problem?

I am sure that the problem takes more than this but...who knows?

I know I did not give a lot of detail and my apologies for that, I have a partner that is leaving the company and you just never know who will be taking his spot.

E Coat or Powder Coat Systems, with pin holes found in the finish.

I have found that 90% all pin holes are caused by moisture in the system or
improper cleaning of the substrate which can trap moisture during the coating process. Look at all processes and equipment, even oven temps, and travel time. Here is a old trouble shooting guide that is helpful to.
