Can anyone advise or preferably provide examples of Drawing Control Procedures for a road contruction project? The design is prepared by the Designer and must receive Client approval before issue. The procedure should include systems for distribution to points of use.

Have you done a search for a document control procedure? I think it's unlikely that you are going to get something here that will fit your requirements, but you may find something which would be an excellent basis for you to put your organizations 'face' on.
