You can do searches here. I did a search for you in the "post attachments list" on the word "Survey." See here (http://elsmar.com/Forums/fileslist.php?mode=allfiles&sortby=filename&pageamt=2&criteria=Survey) what popped up. Go through the list to find a possible example that could apply to you.

The "Post Attachments List" is the small green bar at the top of this page.

the next question was a general one.i am not able to see your replies in elsmar login or mail.
i read both replies given by you & Stijloor only through my yahoo mail.
i post the question like this:
