There is a table that necessary for PPAP leve3.
Exept of "user p/n " and "supplier p/n" i don"t understand the requist. for example what is "flammability rating?"

There is a table that necessary for PPAP leve3.
Exept of "user p/n " and "supplier p/n" i don"t understand the requist. for example what is "flammability rating?"

The table appears to be a checklist of requirements
P/N is usually "part number" flamability rating is the result according to the required standard eg UL VO etc

The best thing is to talk with your customer about what he really needs
