Hello,
I am in need of help! I have an assembly line that starts at one side of a room and ends at the other side. There are 7 to 8 stations in this line that do defferent processes throughout the line. The parts are in trays at a 24 pcs count. When one processes is finished a green move tag is placed on the tray with the part #,part name, and the last operation and the next operation, after that the parts are inspected and a green acceptable tag is placed on the tray and countinued to the next operation. These tags make the proceeses very clumsy and looks messy. Could anyone think of any other way this could be done and still be ISO 9001 complient? Thank you for your help.
