Are you referring to TL9000 which is closely aligned to ISO 9000?

We had some previous discussions here. Just search using TL9000 as key word.

Just be sure that the first procedure to be given birth is your procedure to make manuals, procedures, work instructions and any other documents that your company will be requiring.

But always keep in mind: You are or you will be documenting what is being actually done at the floor (office or shop), not what one suppouses that our associates should be doing.
