Hope this helps, CarolX goose 22nd June 2001, 11:24 AM Jim We do similar to Carol; have a form used as Employee Skills Training matrix which identifies needs, that needs were satisfied or in progress, sign off by trainer. have one for each employee. A living document when new need comes along ESTR updated. |
