I think you mean "personnel" turnover, no? Two things: the categories you're interested in vary widely with geographic location and type of industry, so you would probably be better off looking for information in a narrower search space. The other thing is that "world class" is a vague phrase that just means, "really good," and any information you're likely to find probably won't be reliable accurate. If you can determine where you are now with regard to turnover and energy consumption, and where you want to be, you'll be better off than if you rely on a questionable target.

I agree that what you are asking is going to be very dependent upon your region and your industry. You wouldn't want to pay our electric bill.:lmao: But, when we go to industry conferences everyone is amazed at our ability to control the amount of electricity we use.
