View Full Version : ISO 9000 antagonist's book reprint John 3rd July 2001, 07:56 AM 'The Case Against ISO 9000' by John Seddon is now in reprint in Japan - while sales have been slow in the Western world. Despite the fact that the Japanese lead in world-class operations, all of my Japanese contacts tell me Japanese managers thirst for knowledge - they are on the look out for something to give them an edge.
