I would like to ask you to share any example or information regarding how to create a CAPA database.
Our main customer has asked us to create one and im a little bit confused.....

You could Google the terms "CAPA" and "software" and find lots of commercial packages for this. By studying their features (ads, online descriptions & case studies) you could see the basics of what they're about. You could then create a simple database using MS Access or other dbase software.

You can also use Excel or other spreadsheet if your needs are not too great (in large part depends upon company size).
