Hi all, I am new to the forum and has just obtained my CQA a few months ago. I'm trying to find specific information on how to obtain supplier feedback after an audit. I did try a search but didnt find anything specific.
Is it appropriate to solicit feedback from the supplier after completion of every audit(2nd party) in an effort to improve and evaluate the performance of our audit program? Any recomendations and advice on how about doing this is appreciated. Perhaps a sample template to help me devise one would be helpful too. Thanks!
