What, specifically, are you wanting to audit?

I need to be able to do a product recall, or a product return. I was asked to supply this form to a customer that we supply our bakery products too.

What does your procedure say? Such forms or checklists are normally a summary of your procedure - the steps and actions you need to take during a recall.

If you do not have one, the attached document should give you an idea of what to do.
