Hi there ! I need a template of the abv cost saving report. Please help to forward if you have any sample in your record. Please explain also how you capture & posted the figure.

I'm going to guess that "abv" was a typo that should have been "abc" as in ABC Analysis.

Sorry if i have made you guys confuse. 'abv' is a short form of "above". What i meant was i need a Procurement cost saving report template. If you guys have done it before, please forward me the format. Please advise also how you derive the cost saving figure. Are you get the figure from vendor's price before negotiation minus price after negotiation?

I'm not sure what the response to this will be. I have not heard of a report on purchasing savings through negotiation. If I had to do such a report I'd simply make up a spreadsheet, put in original quoted price and after negotiated price for each item and then graph it.
