I am looking for some ideas or suggestions that have already proven effective for procedure implementation. I am attempting to introduce formal procedures and forms with some difficulty in system dispersion and company wide adherence. Any help would be appreciated.:thanx:

1. Create a process flow map to include process points, decision points and the potential use of measurements of the process outputs.
2. Work the process with the operators or process owners making sure that you have captured everything including tribal knowledge.
3. Draft procedure or work instruction as applicable using your corporate format.
4. Route for sign off of accuracy and ease of use consistent with your QMS.
5. Train personnel to the procedure or work instruction as applicable, be open to feedback on the final product for corrections.
6. Implement procedure or work instruction.
7. Schedule Internal Audit to assess the effectiveness of the procedure or work instruction at some determined interval.
