Such a file will probably be found in the 'post attachments list' (http://elsmar.com/Forums/fileslist.php) - thin green bar at the top left hand corner of every page.

Just click on it, and search with key words such as 'skill' or 'matrix'. This is one of the pages. (http://elsmar.com/Forums/fileslist.php?mode=allfiles&sortby=filename&pageamt=2&criteria=matrix) Choose one that suits you best.
