I hate to repeat questions that might have already been asked. However, I have been searching thruoght the threads and haven't found what I am looking for.

I conducted an internal audit or my companies system as it addresses the subject clause's. I have found some gaps. What I need is any examples of documents (i.e., procedures, instructions, forms, matrixs, etc) that any one has that addresses the requirements in Clause 7.1 thru 7.2.2.

Don't get wrapped around the axle over 7.1, if you really look at it you'll see that it is a general requirements clause that is addressed in more detail throughout section 7....simply put, you will not meet the requirements of 7.1 until you have successfully met all the other applicable requirements of section 7 and that would include procedures that are required for them.

I agree with Randy. Many clauses in the standards begin with (what I call) an executive summary giving you a broader outline of the requirements that will further spelled out in the following sub-clauses. That's why it is not a good idea to get bogged down in the intricate details without understanding the bigger (process) requirements picture.

Thanks for the concern of the possiblity of getting bogged down or wrapped around an axle. However, I am not doing either of those. I am trying to find some one who might have examples of how these clauses are addresses in procedures or instructions (documented, spelled out, written out, explanined). I don't think 7.1 or 7.2 are begining or executive summaries. In AS 9100 these to sub-clauses specifically address planning of product realiztion and addressing customer realted processes.
