Hi there,

It's great to find this forum.
Can somebody help me to come up with this SOP? I searched on websites just can not find one. Thanks for your help!

Notification to Management about what? Can you be more specific?

It is a SOP about how to notify top management of critical or major quality issues such as deviations, complaints, audit observations as well as signicicant changes etc.

Do you really need an SOP for that?

ISO or not, feedback systems are always an integral part of management. If there are no feedback systems, the whole management system becomes dysfunctional.

If you are referring 'communication' in ISO systems, you show or give evidence that communication exist and not address it by having an SOP for that purpose.
