I am seeking help from others who may have come across this. I am being asked to create 2 forms. The first one is a one time can we send your shipment without MTR's if we promise to send it the next business day. The second one is a blanket form for customers that want material shipped hot off the press before lab results are complete. They always want it this way. Any help or suggestions to ensure I am not missing something. Thanks.:thanx:

Sean,
Excuse my ignorance, but what's an MTR?

From the above, looks like MTR = Material test report

What are your current liabilities if the product fails the test?
What test(s) is/are being performed?
